Online Meditation Retreat - Week 1
DAY 1
Following the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, we begin our meditation journey with gentle movement and breathing practice.
Think of an inspiring place at home for your meditations. Crystals, images, statues, incense, candles, and flowers will help you create a sacred practice space.
DAY 2
Today let’s dive a little deeper into concentration and turning your attention inwardly.
What helps you stay focused? Did you know that more light and practising on an empty stomach in a cooler space can help you stay more alert?
Alternatively, if your mind is too busy, try meditating after a meal in a darker room wearing an extra layer.
DAY 3
Do this practice to recharge your batteries and feel energised. It’s a great class for days when you feel a bit tired and unmotivated.
Think of what activities drain your energy?
Ask yourself: why do I keep doing this and what do I get from functioning in low vibrations? This is a big question and if you are stuck here, reach out - I can help you get to the root cause of it.
DAY 4
Competing, comparing, fear of missing out - are all signs of the scarcity mindset. In this world of opportunities and growth, let’s cultivate the mindset of abundance.
Healing writing:
Make a list of one hundred things that represent abundance in your life. Never stop at twenty or fourty, stay open to this process!
DAY 5
The throat centre is a powerful truth generator. And by truth, I mean your true values and beliefs. Not something you’ve been told by others, but something you realise as you connect deeper to your purpose and calling.
Healing writing: after this meditation, I invite you to write a little essay.
Answer the following questions:
what is success to you?
where and how do you see yourself retiring?
how would you like to serve this creation if money was not an issue?
DAY 6
Thrive and empower is a beautiful practice that will help you claim your power back and release all unwanted energies you picked up from situations and interactions.
You can do this practice anytime you felt your personal boundaries were violated. It can also be useful in clearing situations where you stayed in an unhealthy relationship or was inauthentic.
Day 7
Self-compassion is an edited version of our Sunday Live Workshop.
Enjoy some movement, breathwork, and guided meditation based on Emotional Release Yoga work.
Online Meditation Retreat - Week 2
DAY 1
Cultivate joy is a practice with a focus on your heart centre. We begin with a gentle movement and then do a guided meditation with affirmation practice toward the end.
DAY 2
We continue working with the heart centre. Today’s practice is for a generous heart. Connect to your true calling, kindness, and compassion.
DAY 3
What if we stripped ourselves of our identities and the many roles we have to play throughout the day.
Who are you without your job, titles, roles, and even physical body?
DAY 4
The most often asked question about intuition that I hear is: “How do I know that the voice in my head is actually my intuition and not the mind?”
In this session, we will dive into analytical meditation to understand the voice of truth.
Day 5
In this session, we dive deeper into the intuition practice and work with the four upper chakras of our energy body.
Connecting to our heart’s calling and truth, the centre of wisdom and transcendence.
DAY 6
The practice of golden light is essential in working with self-healing. Please do this session before our live class.
Day 7
Enjoy this longer practice of Self-healing. Here we work with a specific part of the body through harnessing the golden light and intuitively listening to what it’s trying to communicate to us.
