Sound Bath Immersions in Sydney

Sydney Sound Bath Immersions offer deeply restorative experiences designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and cultivate a inner balance and stillness. Each session thoughtfully integrates mindful movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and immersive sound healing using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to support relaxation, clarity, and overall well-being.

Our sound bath experiences are available for:

• Corporate Wellness Programs
• Social Functions and Private Celebrations
• Conferences, Retreats, and Seminars

Yin • Reiki • Sound Bath • Hot Stones Event

A monthly experience held at a boutique studio in Sydney’s Alexandria–Beaconsfield area. This event combines Yin yoga postures, gentle Reiki energy work, soothing hot stones, and a restorative sound bath with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls.

Each event is assisted by an invited Reiki healer, creating a supportive space for relaxation and energetic balance. As the body softens in Yin poses, Reiki and the warmth of hot stones help release tension and invite deeper rest. The session concludes with an immersive sound bath designed to calm the mind and regulate the nervous system.

“Our company was looking to host a wellness-focused morning and we decided to book a morning of Corporate Sound Bath Therapy sessions with Madina.

We had nearly 100 associates participate in 30-minute sessions, and you could feel the calm radiating through the office. The feedback around the office was extremely positive – we have hosted many events and activities before, but none with such a resounding response! Our associates have even asked if we would be able to provide sessions regularly. We look forward to future events and would recommend booking Madina’s services to any organisation, large or small to support their associates’ wellbeing.”

“I have had the pleasure of partaking in her most recent Sound Bath inside a bespoke gallery space in Woollahra. She curated the experience to help us form a connection to the artworks. It was a pleasure to feel a sense of serenity in the middle of a hectic day.”
