In this Welcome Summer session, let’s look into what drives our passions. Let explore how we can embrace love and live our lives whole-heartedly.

We’ll explore what aspects of the Fire phase come from the loving heart and what originates from fear and control.

As I often say, emotions are not good or bad, but rather, they are messengers and guide posts on our journey toward a fulfilling and meaningful life.

In this session you’ll gain more clarity around what you actually want from your heart (not your head) and what is secondary. Your vision will be strengthened by many insights into your distractions that dim your light.

YIN YOGA

Begin with a grounding yin yoga session led by Madina. Designed to activate your body's energy meridians, each pose is held gently to release tension and balance your internal flow.

CRYSTAL & TIBETAN BOWLS SOUND BATH

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a Crystal and Tibetan bowl sound bath. These healing frequencies will help pacify your busy mind to invite a profound sense of calm.

REIKI HEALING

Throughout the yin yoga section, Madina will offer will provide hands-on energy healing to deepen your relaxation and assist in clearing energetic blockages.
