After a season of shedding and releasing, we are invited to settle and to reconnect with our centre and core. Through this practice, we begin discovering a deeper sense of inner contentment and resource within. This is a space to land, to restore, and to root into the energetic flow so we can have full trust that everything meant for us is truly on its way.

EMOTIONS & YIN METHOD

The Emotions & Yin Method is an integrative framework that bridges Eastern energetics with contemporary emotion-informed practice. Through long-held Yin postures, meridian work, somatic awareness, and gentle emotional prompts, practitioners learn to cultivate nervous system regulation and emotional integration.

CRYSTAL & TIBETAN BOWLS SOUND BATH

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a Crystal and Tibetan bowl sound bath. These healing frequencies will help pacify your busy mind to invite a profound sense of calm.

REIKI HEALING

Throughout the yin yoga section, we will provide hands-on energy healing to deepen your relaxation and clear energetic blockages. We invite a Master Reiki Healer from Sydney to assist us during the event.
