Bush fire fundraiser at Yogabar Westfield

This month is about giving.

I want to thank this beautiful land I now call home for its hospitality, opportunities and beautiful connections I make daily.

Last week I and Kelsey raised about $945 for the local RFS of Kurrajong and Bilpin, areas that are close to Kelsey’s home and were hit by the recent fires.

This Saturday, February 8th at the Yogabar Westfield I am running another fundraiser class for the WIRES Wildlife Rescue and Australian Red Cross.

This two hour workshop includes a heart opening flow followed by some soothing and calming yin poses.  We will conclude with a beautiful meditation and chanting.

Let’s do this together and help animals and humans while at it!

SATURDAY FEB 8,  10AM - 12PM, $30 (you are welcome to donate more if you are keen)
Where: Yogabar Australia
Address: 188 Pitt Street Shop 5001, Level 5, Sydney NSW 2000

Free to service members, first responders, and their families as well as people affected by the fires

Let’s channel our emotions to create a positive ripple. Come, do your practice and know that 100% of proceeds will go WIRES and Australian Red Cross.
