But unlike with physical body hygiene (think brushing your teeth, regular meals, and exercise), we leave our emotions and mind unattended. We are lucky if we see our therapist once a month or do a rare meditation class.

The truth is, just like with eating, sleeping, and brushing your teeth, tending to your mind and emotions should be a regular practice, too.

Emotional Release Yoga is a modality that combines yoga posture, breath and cognitive work, meditation, spiritual mentorship, and healing writing. These daily practices will take up to 30 minutes of your time daily.
