Mat Pilates + Sound Bath
Saturday 24 October \ 4:00–5:30pm \ 46-48 Dunning Avenue, Rosebery
We’ll begin with a 50-minute mat Pilates class, focusing on strength, control and connection, with some gentle stretching to finish.
Then, settle in for a 30-minute sound bath with Madina, creating space to relax, reset and let go.
