Practice:
I believe in a sustainable and gradual building of daily home practice. For this reason, we begin our first day with Gentle practice.
Healing writing: Sankalpa (intention) for 21 days
Grab a pen and a journal/notebook and sit down to write a bit.
What outcomes are you looking for at the end of this self-care Home Retreat? Write down a few sentences for each category: Physical - Emotional / Energetic - Mental
Think of what part of the day works best for your practice.
Block 20 to 40 minutes daily for our Home Retreat.
The best time for practice is first thing in the morning, but if that’s not an option for you - chose another time.
Prepare a few things we will be using throughout the retreat:
Essential oils of lavender and frankincense (reach out if you’d like to order them through me)
Guasha (you can get it from my friend Carol or replace it with a spoon)
Dumbbells (optional)
Journal or a notebook
If you are not yet part of my Newsletter, I will add you to it unless you decide to opt-out - please let me know if that’s the case.
I am really excited to have you here. Off we go!
