Practice:

Being compassionate and easy on ourselves - is my motto in teaching yoga. Start your day with a Gentle yoga practice. It’s perfect for starting a new week, feeling great and easy. This one is for your lower back, yum!


Reflection:

Lower back health depends on our habits: how we sit, stand, and sleep. Today I would like you to pay better attention to your sitting habits. Do you round your back and slouch? Is there a way to improve your office space? A simple lower back chair insert can do a lot for your back.
