Practice:

Do this 20-minute vinyasa practice today. I love these short classes as they target all areas of the body and help us feel stronger and more flexible! This video is part of an Online Yoga Challenge that I ran a few months ago.

Reflection: giving thanks


Think of people who positively contribute to your well-being. What do they do to make your life a little better?

How could you thank them for that?

A few ideas: buy them flowers, send them a thank-you note, call them and tell them that you are grateful for their presence in your life.
