Practice:
“Rest and digest” yoga practice is amazing at the end of the day. This session is about parasympathetic bliss, undoing, and processing.
Reflection: shooting stars
Do you know how a good bowel movement should look like?
I compare it with shooting stars. It’s quick and it leaves no trace (no smell, no trace in the bowl). It should swiftly slide into the bowl and disappear without flushing.
It should be deeply satisfying and should give you a feeling that you’ve emptied yourself fully.
If that’s not happening for you about 80% of the times, it’s time for you to change your eating habits and give your gut some support.
Get in touch if you would like my advice on what specialist you could see for that.
