Practice:
Enjoy today’s facial massage with Guasha and essential oils. You can skip the essential oils if you don’t have them and just use a carrier oil. I absolutely love this massage and do it once a week at least.
You can get a jade Guasha from my friend Carol here or order on eBay. Alternatively, you can use a tablespoon.
Healing writing: your face and the mirror
Look at your face in the mirror. Notice areas in your face where you carry tension or have the most wrinkles/folds. What emotions, habits, or thoughts contribute to this tension and folds? Write a list of as many things as possible.
Then write a list of 10 things that make you feel happy. Read the list and then look in the mirror again - did you notice any difference?
